civictoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all users who access and use the civictoto services. Please read these terms carefully before registering an account or using our platform.
Last updated: 2024. These terms may change at any time with notice to users.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the civictoto services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform's services.
To use the civictoto services, users must meet the following requirements: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority in the user's jurisdiction; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law. civictoto reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot prove age eligibility.
Users who register on behalf of another party, or provide false information during registration, are considered to be in violation of these terms and their accounts may be closed without further notice. civictoto is not responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of account data.
2. Account Creation, Security, and Policy
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a serious violation that may result in the blocking of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. civictoto will never ask for a user's password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
civictoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account if suspicious activity, potential fraud, or a breach of terms is detected. During the suspension period, users will be unable to perform any transactions until the internal investigation has been completed.
Users may request account closure at any time via Live Chat. civictoto also reserves the right to permanently close an account if a serious violation of these terms is proven, including fraud, money laundering, or the systematic abuse of promotions.
3. Transactions, Payments, and Financial Terms
All transactions on the civictoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered under the same name as their civictoto account. The use of a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another party to make deposits or withdrawals is not permitted and may result in the delay or cancellation of the transaction.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and are subject to change at any time. As a general guide, deposits typically start from Rp10.000 depending on the chosen payment method; however, these figures are estimates and are subject to the policy in effect at the time the transaction is made. Users are advised to check the latest information on the transaction page of their account.
civictoto is not responsible for transaction delays caused by disruptions from third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallet operators. Withdrawal processing times vary and depend on the chosen method and any required verification processes. All successfully processed transactions are final and cannot be unilaterally reversed.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
civictoto users must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the applicable terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other technical tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in competitive games.
- Using an account for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the applicable bonus terms, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy for the purpose of concealing one's actual location to circumvent applicable regional restrictions.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users or to the public.
Violations of the above prohibitions may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as the forfeiture of any existing balance at the platform's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Limitation of Liability
All content found on the civictoto platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software code — is the property of civictoto or of third parties that have licensed its use to the platform. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The civictoto platform may display links or references to third-party services, such as game providers or payment partners. civictoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites or services. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, civictoto is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, or service disruptions resulting from factors outside the platform's control, such as network outages, natural disasters, or third-party system failures. The platform's liability is limited to the value of the actual transaction directly related to the incident in question.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
civictoto reserves the right to change, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notification on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document for easy reference.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the civictoto platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, with priority given to amicable settlement before pursuing formal legal channels.
